On the fourth day of owning a new CRV, I experienced a flat tire due to a gash on the inner side of the tire. I became more upset when informed that the tire warranty would not cover the replacement. At this point, Doug Bell stepped and in a gesture of goodwill, replaced the tire at no cost, meeting my expectations. Kudos to Doug Bell and the service team for being flexible and keeping this customer happy and satisfied. Kudos to salesperson, Dan Atkins for his professional ability to work with me with regards to the purchase. More
