Doug took plenty of time to discuss every option available and listened to all my silly questions. He didn't try to rush me or just try to make a sale. The CR-V I purchased was in such great shape...exactly what I was hoping for when I drove about 75 miles from where I live....worth the drive. Larisa was very knowledgeable regarding the features of the vehicle. She also made the paperwork a breeze and is very thorough in terms of making sure everything is complete. But most of all she is such a genuine, fun, caring person that you feel like you've known her for years, and because of that she listens to your car buying needs and helps you find what you're looking for, all while making you feel very relaxed. I am so happy with my brand new 2014 Honda Accord!! It runs well, excellent on gas it's true to it's combined average of 33mpg.
