An amazing experience! I cannot begin to express what an amazing experience I had at Morehead Honda. I went into the dealership after having a car accident which totaled my I cannot begin to express what an amazing experience I had at Morehead Honda. I went into the dealership after having a car accident which totaled my car, so I had no car to trade in, very little money to put down and poor credit. I was honest with Mark when I came in and he said "Well let's see what we can do" I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I had told him that I didn't care what kind of a car I just needed to be able to get to work. Mark was able to find a car that he thought would be the best chance for me to get financing for. Mark was able to find a car that he thought would be my best chance at getting financed, a 2011 Honda Accord. It was beautiful! I never expected to be able to get that kind of a car. I was so happy but definitely not sure if the financing would work out so I refused to build myself up in thinking that that car would be mine. The deal was then turned over to Dan Hoye who was faced with the task of trying to get me the financing. He worked tirelessly which a couple of different banks and credit unions but was ultimately able to get the car financed through Honda financing. When my husband and I went to meet with Dan and sign the paperwork I had still no allowed myself to believe that this car was going to be mine. I figured the financing was going to be a problem even though it was approved the interest rate and the payment could very well end the deal. But to my surprise the interest rate was not bad at all, my payments are right where and I needed them to be and i was able to get an amazing warranty on the car plus the tires and the wheels. I sat there totally amazed that the deal was real and the deal was done, The car was mine!!! These guys are amazing!!! I will return to this dealership in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you!!!!!! More

When we happened upon Morehead we were so surprised at the difference in demeanor of all the sales people there. They were warm and welcoming and never made us feel pressured into a decision. We were lucky enough to deal with Lewis. We explained our delicate situation and he listened kindly and without any preconceived judgments. He was helpful and very understanding of our sudden predicament. Other sales people had made us feel like finding a way to fit us into a car with a tight budget was a nuisance. Many didn't bother to call back. Lewis continually followed up with us even when out busy schedules kept us from making a decision right away. He waited for us after hours to go over pricing and paperwork. We saw other cars and had other options but at the end of the day I felt like I really wanted to buy a car from Lewis. He was such a nice guy it made me want to spend my money with him. Even when the pick up of our car was delayed by a manufacturers recall Lewis did his very best to make a frustrating situation workable. I would strongly recommend anyone go over to Morehead. Not what I expected I just wanted to look and test drive a new Accord, no intention to purchase yet. Doug was friendly, knowledgable and let's face it Honda has a way of I just wanted to look and test drive a new Accord, no intention to purchase yet. I wasn't expecting to purchase the Accord but I did, it wasn't just the wonderful sales staff it was also all the safety technology built into it. Jason explained what all the features and how to use them. In fact the first hour and half we just sat in the car listening to Jason and Doug explaining all the technology. Now for the hard part, having to pay for what I just picked out. We met Mike the Business Manager. Mike was painless when we sat through the financing part. Anyway, great dealership, great car I don't know about the service dept yet but soon enough when I need my first oil change. More

My salesman was Claudio, great guy, extremely friendly. He made the whole experience very comfortable. Mike Desantis was and still is very helpful and an incredibly friendly guy. Jason showed me all the perks of my purchase. Very funny guy, and informative. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. My car was the third car my family and I have purchased through Morehead, and I'm sure there will be many more to come. More

To my surprise, after working with Larisa, the buying experience was much better than I expected it to be. We were able to negotiate a price without feeling as though I was being taken advantage of, and there was a line of professionalism which I appreciated as Larisa was not allowed to know any personal finance information of mine.
