I was very undecided on the car I wanted and Mark never rushed or pressured me. He provided my with all the information I needed to help me make my decision. He was so friendly and patient and always had a smile on his face. He made the process so easy and comfortable. He made me feel like I was important and my purchase was more about finding the perfect fit for me versus him just trying to close a sale. The rest of the staff was very personable as well. Over the past seven years, Russ has always been attentive, friendly and professional. Russ continued to reach out to us well after our initial purchase without pressure to make additional purchases but rather with a genuine concern for who we are as individuals, asking about our health and our family. While we didn't know Russ before we made our initial purchase in 2009, we feel compelled to stop by to catch up when we have the car serviced. Russ represents the very best of a caring individual who believes in the product he is selling but puts the needs of the consumer first.
