Manny did thorough job of going over the various models and their features. We (my wife and I) went for thr EX-L model in a dark red color. Manny explained all the steps (financing, insurance, locating the vehicle, etc) and the deal was done. Manny followed up with us daily ensuring everything was happening that needed to be done. My wife and I met with Doug and he could not have been easier to work with. We explained our situation and he totally understood it. We were able to negotiate the deal and do the paperwork while we waited for the IC. The deal was awesome. Once we settled on what we wanted, Doug came in right at the KBB price. We left and started the paperwork during the week. Once the IC came through, we went right back to Doug and he honored the deal we made on our prior visit. Doug is awesome. First impressions count Went in to dealership to get a better look at 2016 Honda Odyssey se. Was informed that they don't have any in stock. So I left the showroom and proc Went in to dealership to get a better look at 2016 Honda Odyssey se. Was informed that they don't have any in stock. So I left the showroom and proceeded to physically look at the actual stock on site. Upon arriving the the area where all odyssey's are located, i became very upset fining out that there were 2 in stock. I proceeded back to the showroom to confront the salesman but he had disappeared. I confronted another salesman and he informed me that there are 2 in stock and apologized. He asked me if I was still interested but i told him and the sales manager I was no longer interested and that I would shop elsewhere. Hence they did not know that I was actually shopping for 2 honda oddyssey's. My brother in law and I are seriously purchasing within the next few weeks. To me that is over a $60k plus loss for them. Hopefully for the dealership a lesson to learn from and to improve. More
