The selection of cars was very nice and the facility is clean. I am waiting to have my purchased vehicle buffed and cleaned at no cost, so we will see how that goes. 4 stars only because they sales men werent about the sale when we initially walked in! More

After many test drives of various cars, and sales man talking down to me, I thought I had made up my mind on the vehicle I was to purchase, but on my sister’s insistence I went to Morehead Honda to test drive a CR-V. I was pleasantly greeted and was introduced to Alonzo B. Taylor-Ruiz, Sales Man. I found him remarkably genuine. I explained to Alonzo that I had already made up my mind on the vehicle I was going to purchase, but that I just needed to satisfy my curiosity on the Honda CR-V. He was an absolute true professional. Not only was he very patient with me, but extremely informative of the vehicle’s newest upgrades and what this particular vehicle had to offer. I was truly impressed after the test drive and Alonzo’s knowledge of the car. I am very thankful to have had such a kind soul for a sales man. Before leaving the showroom, I had made mention to Alonzo that I didn’t know how I would break the news to the young man, Dave, from the other dealership. He was waiting for me to return to make the car purchase. After a few more days and my mind made up, I went to see Alonzo at Morehead Honda and made the right purchase. While there, I noticed a familiar face, it was the young man who worked at the other dealership, where I thought I was to make my vehicle purchase prior to coming to Honda. Dave was now working for Morehead Honda, which was pretty fantastic! Alonzo was a true gentleman though out the entire process, not only did he make it a smooth transition, but he also picked me up at my place of business to accompany me to the motor vehicles to collect the vanity plates awaiting me. Purchase of CRV When recently looking around for a new car I happened to stop in at the Morehead Honda dealer in Newburgh. I was only looking since I still wasn't su When recently looking around for a new car I happened to stop in at the Morehead Honda dealer in Newburgh. I was only looking since I still wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted to purchase. I was introduced to a salesman named Chris Holstein who answered all my questions and was very informative about the CRV I wanted to test drive that day. Prior to driving it he throughly explained all the features of the car which was very helpful to me especially since I have never driven a Honda before. The car drove beautifully and I fell in love with it however I wasn't sure if I would be able to actually afford the payments. Chris completely understood and he did not try and pressure me into having to buy the car that day!! He told me to check with my bank and to let him know the next day. That was definitely a huge selling point for me to not get pressured and hassled into having to buy something right then!! Chris did however suggest I place a very small deposit on the car only because it was the only one left in the color that I wanted. I had gone to a couple other dealerships before coming to Morehead Honda but the way that these other places harass you to try to get you to purchase a car from them it was honestly a very nice surprise to come to Morehead Honda and Chris Holstein and have such a relaxed and pleasant experience with a very informative salesman and friendly staff! I would highly recommend this dealership! More
