Insurance company took forever to send out the check to Honda to pay my car off. Manny went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and to rush and get me into the car I wanted. He called Honda for days and kept asking if my name was cleared from the loan so he can get me into the new car and before I knew it I was cleared for the new car . Mr. Groomes took me to his desk where I explained that I was there to see if I qualify for one of the packages I had seen online for a 2016 Honda Accord. Mr. Groomes explained the process clearly and I filled out a credit report. It was delivered to Matt in Finances. My Credit Report was obtained, it had a few problems, all were worked out together. Mr Groomes, then show me the vehicle I was interested in, he explained all the interior and exterior of the vehicle, we went for a test drive. I was satisfied with the vehicle, the prize and the finance terms. I purchased the vehicle and I am very happy with the total experience. More
