Frank spoke to me like a human, with the respect and care that everyone should experience when making the second biggest purchase of their lives. He broke down all the cost and helped me receive the $500 Graduate Rebate I was applicable for (other dealerships did not want to honor this rebate, don't know why). Frank made sure to address all my questions and concerns which overall made the buying experience stress free and pleasurable. Mike from finance was equally as phenomenal as Frank. Laid all the information out on the table, explained every sheet I was to sign. I was approved for the promotional 1.9 APR for all new Honda vehicles without any gimmicks. I can not tell you how many dealerships I have been to and them stating that I was eligible for that promotion interest rate ONLY if I purchase a maintenance plan with them of over 3000 dollars ( a stipulation crummy dealerships push on to their customers to gain more money out of them).
