Alberto made the car purchasing a simple easy experience. From the first car we test drove, to the second and to the third. Then no pressure just confidence in the Morehead Brand a long with quality representation of the brand from Alberto. Communication between Lilliam and Alberto was impeccable. When I came back for a second round of test drives Alberto made my children feel at easy without pressure. They were not only very knowledgeable, but they did not stalk me, were patient, answered all my questions (and I had many). I was even asked questions in return to make sure this was the car for me. Dealing with the price and everything I wanted in the car (I had a fixed price I could not go over) was negotiated with Chris , and I felt genuinely that he was just trying his best to get me the car I wanted within my price range and not just trying to sell a car to benefit himself. Pleasurable Buying Experience When I first visited Morehead Honda, I was thinking of buying a previously owned automobile. I was paired up with Senior Sales Consultant Doug Matthe When I first visited Morehead Honda, I was thinking of buying a previously owned automobile. I was paired up with Senior Sales Consultant Doug Matthews. Doug was very patient with me and a good listener as I went through my thoughts of which direction I wanted to go. Finally, after much deliberation, I made a decision to buy a new car. I wanted an Accord with a manual transmission. Their was not one in stock at the Newburgh location but Doug performed a search and found an Accord Sport in the Kingston location. He asked me if I would like to own that one. He could have it prepped and ready to go the next day. I said of course! We then quickly came to terms on a excellent price. Doug explained exactly how the payments and fees would be which was fair and reasonable to me. Mike Desantis was able to secure a credit approval for my loan. Doug handled the insurance, registration and title. The next day I came in to pick up the car. When I arrived, Doug greeted me and showed me the car. It was perfectly prepped. Then he had a lovely young lady take the time to go over all of the features, pair my iphone, and answer any questions I had. Finally, I sat in with Mike Desantis to finalize the paperwork which was all together and accurately reflected the deal Doug and I agreed upon. Nothing unexpected which was much appreciated. All in all it was excellent, hassle free buying experience. Job well done! More

But, Michael DeSantis from Finance helped us out. He was very kind and understanding of our situation. We were in a position where we desperately needed a car but couldn't break the bank to get it. Easy, Helpful, family oriented. I worked with Manny, he was wonderful! I was insistent that I wanted to buy the car and take it home the same day. He did most of the paperwork withou I worked with Manny, he was wonderful! I was insistent that I wanted to buy the car and take it home the same day. He did most of the paperwork without me being there, when I arrived he had everything ready. It was so quick and easy! He brought me to the car and I tried to open the sunroof and it only opened a little bit. I thought because it was below freezing that day that it was just frozen shut. Manny followed up with me multiple times to check in on the sunroof, it still was not working. Morehead gave me a loaner car and fixed my sunroof for me at no cost. I have never had a sales person follow up the way he did, I am very appreciative! I have only ever owned Hondas and this family run dealership is by far the best in the area! More
