7th Morehead Honda in the family I tried the texting option because i had two quick questions. Jason, very quickly introduced himself via text, and answered all my questions. He let me know when he was working and asked for me to,introduce myself when I came into the dealership. This way, he would introduce me to a salesman, that he thought would be a good match. I did so. What can I say about Manny? He was extremely flexible and accomodating as this was different then most of his sales / leases. He was also very pleasant, and very polite to my mom. Wonderful experience I must say that having been born and raised in Newburgh, I have always driven by this dealership, but have never actually stopped in. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by kind smiling staff. They were helpful and answered any questions we had, without feeling pressure to have to buy something on the spot which I really appreciated. The purchasing process was smooth and wasn't stressful. We got a great deal for the value we got! We even got to speak with Mr. Morehead himself when we were outside getting our new car! He was very friendly and wasn't in a rush, which really showed personal interest on his part. Anytime I expressed that I wasn't sure of what I wanted, he assured me that there was no pressure or rush to make a decision, that his main priority was to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle I chose. It took some time, but I finally got the vehicle I wanted, and I am EXTREMELY happy with it. The process went without any problems, and any problems that did occur (which were caused by my previous bank)..Manny and their finance manager handled it professionally and flawlessly.
