Horrible experience ?I am a new Honda owner, recently trading in my 07 scion TC for the 2017 Accord Sport. I purchased this vehicle from the Morehead Honda in Newburgh, N ?I am a new Honda owner, recently trading in my 07 scion TC for the 2017 Accord Sport. I purchased this vehicle from the Morehead Honda in Newburgh, New York, and I would just like to inform you of the horrible experience this has been for me as this is my first purchase of a brand new vehicle. I informed the salesman Mike I wanted the sedan in a standard, which he said was “impossible.” I reached out to a few friends of mine from other dealerships who informed me he should find me the car in standard if that is what I wanted. After asking a second time, he told me he couldn’t get me the standard from another dealership because this dealership did not have a car to give back. Then, I asked him to get me prices on other additional accessories, such as the wireless car charger, which he never got back to me about. After all of this, the salesman finally informed me I could pick up my new car on Tuesday. When Tuesday arrived I called to confirm, which the salesman then told me I couldn’t pick it up that day because they had to put all the stuff on it (Window Visors.) The next day I finally go to pick up my new car, but when checking it out, I found multiple scratches on it as well as dirty windows and water spots all over it. The fact that they didn’t mention any scratches until I mentioned them myself shows a lack of respect for the dealership as a whole. Their excuse to me was “Unfortunately with black cars once the sun hits it you can see everything.” In my opinion, this is a brand new car, and there shouldn’t be anything to see. The manager Kenny agreed to take it back in to get buffed and re-waxed, however I am petrified for it to come back into my possession with even more scratches. I am not looking for anything in addition, just wanted to share with you my disappointment in this dealership. On a brighter note, Mike in the FINANCE department was the only person who kept me from turning away from Honda all together; he was great!! YES, these are two different Mike's I'm speaking about. More

7th Morehead Honda in the family I tried the texting option because i had two quick questions. Jason, very quickly introduced himself via text, and answered all my questions. He let me know when he was working and asked for me to,introduce myself when I came into the dealership. This way, he would introduce me to a salesman, that he thought would be a good match. I did so. What can I say about Manny? He was extremely flexible and accomodating as this was different then most of his sales / leases. He was also very pleasant, and very polite to my mom. Highly recommend both Jason, and Manny. Both were very pleasant, professional and very fast with answering texts. More

I was note sure if I was going to puchase a vehicle but Mr Torres made it seem so easy. He was professional and very transparent in the business deal. I felt like family how he went out of his way for me note to have to make a second trip to the dealership. I left the dealership with a great new car and a new dealership home. More
