We had a really bad experience at another dealership and we were considering not even buying another Honda until we met Doug Matthews. From the initial phone to our first meeting, his goal was to make us happy. He listen to all that happened, apologied for our bad experience (even though it did not happen at his dealership), and made it his goal to get us the car we wanted as quickly as possible. He worked quickly and efficiently making sure everything went smoothly. We are so happy we found Doug! It is rare to find a salesman who is not just looking to make a sale. Doug really wants to deliver on all levels and has still not disappointed us. Months after our purchase, he still calls us back right away and is always available for anything! Worst Honda dealership around here I was in for a 30 minute airbag change at 830am. I waited till 11am when told it would take 30 minutes. No after sales support at all I bought a new Accord Coupe here two years ago after having used their service department for my previous honda for 7 years. The salesperson, actually I bought a new Accord Coupe here two years ago after having used their service department for my previous honda for 7 years. The salesperson, actually multiple sales people made a point of telling me they would positively, absolutely, no problem buy my car back when was ready to sell it. I even got an assurance on my last service visit 2 weeks ago when I stopped over to talk to the sales guy I bought the car from and he reassured my once again that they would absolutely buy the car. A week later I brought the vehicle in, ready to sell and was told absolutely not, that they wouldn't buy the car. Not because there was anything wrong with it, but because The had just closed another dealership and were now overstocked. They didn't just close a dealership and acquire new stock overnight. Clearly when the two salespeople promised to buy the car, they knew the company would't take it. They just figured they could say anything and then reneg by blaming "the boss." Leaving me with a car I was promised they would buy back. These are not people to be trusted. More

Got exactly what I wanted I was looking at the 2016 Honda CR-V in dark blue and had already been to Middletown Honda. I was price shopping and seeing what Morehead had availabl I was looking at the 2016 Honda CR-V in dark blue and had already been to Middletown Honda. I was price shopping and seeing what Morehead had available in comparison, and Manny was wonderful with helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He did not push me to get a different color (since they didn't have an EX in what I wanted), but we did end up finding a 2015 that was exactly the same. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly. Yes, it isn't a 2016, but I don't feel like I walked away with something I didn't want. I am happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend Manny at Morehead! More
