Very nice We went to a few dealerships before going to Morehead. As soon as we arrived we were left to ourselves to roam the lot and to me that was great. We were impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles, but more so by his ability to listen and make the appropriate recommendation for the vehicle that would meet our needs. He is kind, considerate, honest and made us feel comfortable. The dealership itself is organized, clean, and filled with friendly staff. Truly, it was a pleasure dealing with all staff, including Dan, the Financial Specialist, a true professional, and Suzette, the Delivery Coordinator, who was friendly and knowledgeable about our vehicle, a Pilot EXL. I have bought at least 15 cars from multiple dealerships all over the Hudson Valley and Manny is top notch! In a league of his own. The dealership is always very clean and professionally managed. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and helpful! Not only would I recommend this place to my friends and family, but I have and will proceed to personally escort them here to buy their next vehicle. Overall going to Morehead Honda is always a 10 star experience!!! More

2 hour oil change This is my 2nd consecutive visit where a simple task has turned into a waste of my day. Last time it took an hour and 35 minutes to get an oil ch This is my 2nd consecutive visit where a simple task has turned into a waste of my day. Last time it took an hour and 35 minutes to get an oil change, they told me they were busy and so I let it be. This time again I had an appointment, I showed up 10 minutes early for it. It took almost 10 minutes before I could see anyone to get the paper work set up for my service. In total it took an hour and 54 minutes to get a 20 minute job done, a simple oil change. They apologized it took so long when I said it had been 2 hours, and he looked shocked it had been that long. I don't understand why they let you make an appointment and then make you wait as if you never had one. I could see my car sitting outside an hour and a half after I showed up! It is sad to see as this was such a great dealership when I bought my car in 2005, up until recently. Service had been so good to deal with. Over the past few years it just is so inefficient and I will no longer recommend them to friends and will be looking for a new dealer. If you plan on coming here, bring a good book, it will be a while. More
