As many people know, there has been a lot of hype with the launch of the Civic Type R and some dealers have been treating customers horribly for a quick buck. Morehead Honda was NOT one of those dealers. They were open and honest with me throughout the entire buying process. The salesman that I worked with the most was Doug Matthew My experience at Morehead Honda was more than outstanding. All the staff was very pleasant. The salesman that I worked with the most was Doug Matthews and he deserves salesmen of the year. He took the time to explain in great detail, every step involved in my purchase, he was full of patience as I had many questions, and he always responded promptly, even on his days off. Michael Kuderna also assisted in the final steps of the purchase, and he was a pleasure as well. When it came to the final paperwork, Dan Hoye, the finance manager made it a very smooth transaction. Like I said, all staff at Morehead Honda are a delight, but the three I mentioned absolutely made a great team. Good job Morehead! Pleasure doing business with you! More

All things considered, very pleasant experience. Manny was wonderful to deal with. He listened to me when I said I don't appreciate scare tactics to sell a car (like, my co-worker has someone looking Manny was wonderful to deal with. He listened to me when I said I don't appreciate scare tactics to sell a car (like, my co-worker has someone looking at the car you want this afternoon) nor do I enjoy being called to just be asked what time I'm going to come in. Manny was fantastic in that he set a car aside for me, never called to pester me, didn't send me emails, like one of their other sales associates did. He is a total sweetheart and not your typical car salesman. He actually listens and takes notes for his clients. More

Oil change Had oil change scheduled. Waited 1 hour and found my car never moved from where they parked it. Nobody seemed concerned. I asked the guy at the expres Had oil change scheduled. Waited 1 hour and found my car never moved from where they parked it. Nobody seemed concerned. I asked the guy at the express window and he waved me away-too busy. Found the guy who checked me in-didn't know status and no apology. Talked to a lady who had bought a car there and had been waiting over 2 hours for an oil change. I asked the check-in guy for my keys. He got them and said nothing. Ridiculous! If they had a bay or two dedicated to oil changes it should only take a few minutes to do. There is no organization, no concern for customers and nobody cares. Bought my vehicle there but you can bet it won't happen again. I think all those positive reviews are a joke. Don't know who I was supposed to be working with. The guy in the bay gave me a sheet and nobody was anxious to take. Found one who reluctantly took it but I don't know his name. More
