Their body shop is absolutely the best I've ever seen or used in my 67 years of this earth. The body shop manager (Scott) is the best at his trade as anyone could expect. Best Ford Service Experience Ever Just moved to the area and have been searching for a Ford Dealer to service our two Ford Escapes. I've been so unimpressed with the Ford dealers in C Just moved to the area and have been searching for a Ford Dealer to service our two Ford Escapes. I've been so unimpressed with the Ford dealers in Charlotte and Huntersville and decided to give Mooresville Ford a try. I am so glad that I did! The team was sharp, told me exactly what they were going to do and did it faster than they promised. We had a recall on one of the Escapes where all the latches needed to be replaced - I took it to the Huntersville dealership and they said "you'll need to schedule an appointment and we won't do it any Friday or Monday because its over 6 hours and we dont want to take a tech out of the rotation for the entire day". It was clear that they didnt want to help us. I reached out to Mooreseville Ford and couldn't have gotten a better or more different reaction. They had me come in on Monday and instead of it taking 6 hours they were done in about 3 1/2. At the same time they took care of several other issues with the car. The whole experience was terrific and I'm a huge fan of Mooresville Ford. I wish I had found them 5 years ago but we'll never go anywhere else! More
