Keith Nelson stepped in when our initial sales representative left unexpectedly and it was almost as if he had been the first contact for us. We traded in 16 and 20 year old Toyotas, so there was a steep curve for us as we learned about the new features and the technology on our Outback. He spent a long time going over the finer points of the car, and answered our questions directly and completely. After the purchase, he called several times to see how we were adapting to our new car and to answer questions that occurred to us as we were breaking it in and learning to use the technology. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying a new Subaru. More
