My wife and I later decided to wait for the 2018 Outback and asked Tom to let us know when it could be ordered. He called me on the day ordering opened. We visited the dealership on that Saturday. Dealing with Tom was pressure free, he listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell us items we were not interested in. He kept in touch by email after the order was placed. When our Outback arrived at the dealership he notified us and we arranged to pick up the car. Tom was very attentive and went over all aspects of the 2018 Outback and was very patient with wife and I as first time Subaru owners and all the electronics we had to learn. I would recommend to anyone interested in a hassle free car deal to contact Tom. It was a pleasure working with him and the Subaru of Richmond team. More

He was very helpful and informative on the phone when I called initially. I was not looking forward to going to the dealership to wheel & deal, but David was neither condescending nor pushy. In fact, he was fair and patient in answering my many questions. I also thought that I would be history to a salesman once I drove off the lot with my new car. Not so with David! I've been back twice with technology questions, and he was available and welcoming. The finance manager, Richard Hubert, was also very nice. I highly recommend this dealership, and I feel confident that my future relationship with the service department will be as successful. More
