In April, I sought information but was not looking to buy. Harry gave me all the time I needed. In August, I made an appointment to buy, and Harry again attended to my needs. We talked for a few minutes about what we were interested in doing, and then realized we had purchased a car for my daughter from him 10 years ago when he worked elsewhere. He remembered us, it was like old home week. He took time to find out what was important to us in a car, what my needs were and what I wanted from the car. He listened, and he picked my Outback for me to test drive. He nailed it out of the box. More

We actually picked Subaru of Richmond because they had what we wanted (an Outback) and their price was competitive. They were also very convenient, but we were willing to drive to get what we wanted for a fair price, so that wasn't the most important thing. When we went in to test drive, Dan was great. Listened to what we wanted, didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need or want. He explained the car's features and let us alone to try it out and discuss it. After driving a couple of other cars, we came back for a second test drive and made up our minds. Again, Dan was gracious and helpful without being pushy. My husband negotiated the final price and when we came in to pick it up, the car and all of the paper work were ready and waiting. Again Dan and everyone else at Richmond Subaru were helpful and not pushy. We got exactly the car and the the price we were promised. They were all extremely professional. We were so impressed that we told our neighbors across the street about it and they bought an Outback from Dan two weeks later. More
