If you are in the market for a new car, call Harry! Harry Mosley was personable and accommodating, the kind of Sales person you want to deal with. Initially I couldn't decide whether I wanted a Forester Harry Mosley was personable and accommodating, the kind of Sales person you want to deal with. Initially I couldn't decide whether I wanted a Forester or a Crosstrek. Harry was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and about Subaru's commitments to safety. I have never owned a Subaru so this was important. I came back for a second visit to test drive each one and decided on the Forester. Harry sent me pricing the next day as I requested. I spent the next day, calling and getting quotes from 4 other dealerships. I changed my mind at least once on what color I wanted. I gave Harry the specs that I wanted, he called back later that afternoon, he had found the one I wanted We met Monday morning to wrap up the deal, he introduced me to the Finance Manager who quickly completed all the paper work, reviewed additional options and extended warranty.(I'm a Systems engineer and was extremely impressed with the desktop technology!) The price and package were reasonable. My only after thought, I should have negotiated a better deal on my trade-in. About the car- 2018 Forester - The color is beautiful, the sound is great, its fun to drive, safe, comfortable and the mileage is good. I'm looking forward to spending a few years and many miles with this one. EvelynW More

Mr. Moseley was patient, friendly, professional, and helpful in every way without any pressure at all--no long sales pitches or waiting to speak with the manager, etc. as it used to be. I was allowed to take both the Outback and the Forester for a test drive twice each, which helped me make my final decision to purchase the Forester. I am enjoying my new Subaru and plan to go back soon for a second "tutorial" regarding all of the special features! More

Tom Carr showed me that car buying can be stress-free! I had been thinking of buying a new car for some months, after which I'd pretty much narrowed my search to Subaru. However, it was purely on whim that I had been thinking of buying a new car for some months, after which I'd pretty much narrowed my search to Subaru. However, it was purely on whim that I called a friend one afternoon and said "Let's go look at Subarus." I was really still in "research mode," although I knew what features I was looking for. Tom Carr approached me shortly after I walked into the showroom, and we chatted a bit about my decision to look at Subarus. He showed me the SUV models available, and I quickly narrowed things down to the Forester. (I have a big dog who travels with me a lot.) Tom just started talking about all the features available, then he sat down at his computer to show me some stories about the safety of the vehicle. He also made our conversation very friendly and personal (and at times funny), and I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy anything. However, almost without noticing, I made the decision right then to buy a brand-new 2018 Subaru Forester. He made a list of all the special accessories I wanted, found a car on the lot with most of them already installed, and then ordered the rest to be installed within a few days. I don't think I've ever purchased a new or used car with less stress or, for that matter, having as much fun. When I picked up the car, he introduced me to my new service consultant and showed me around so I would know where and how to bring the car in for its first service (which hasn't happened yet). In follow-up, Tom has responded to my phone calls with silly little questions quickly and informatively. It has been a pleasure doing business with him! More
