He told us if we had any trouble programing our garage door opener he would come help us. Two months later we still hadn’t been able to get it even after watching a you tube video and getting help from neighbors. He came over on his day off in 94 degree temperatures & programmed it for us. I don’t think you will find many salesman in this day & time that will do that. We commend him greatly for this. Quick, easy, and painless I don't think I'm the typical car buyer and the team there treated me as such. I was already set on the model of vehicle I was purchasing. The brand has been in my family for decades and I have owned quite a few myself over the past 12 years. I am also currently working as a repair technician at an independent Subaru specific shop. I don't look forward to buying from a dealership. It's just kind of overwhelming with the sales pitches about add-ons and maintenance services. Not here. They got it. I was in and out. They made the standard offers, but were not pushy at all. Corey went well above and beyond to make sure I got my Ascent that day by staying late when he was supposed to be headed out for a weekend with family. Bravo! More

Many people posted on messages boards with the same problem. They want $99.00 to tell me what they already know what's wrong with the vehicle. Never again will I step back in the Service Department or buy another Subaru. I have never had a good experience with the Service Department at Subaru of Richmond. More
