Low key, no pushy salespeople! Dan happened to be walking by when we came in the door. We knew what we wanted, he was able to find one being built and although it was promised to a Dan happened to be walking by when we came in the door. Dan took us for a test drive, showed us all the safety features on the ride, and explained everything to us on the day of delivery. Even found the Grateful Dead Sirius radio station for me. I would recommend anyone to use Dan for their Subaru salesman. More

My intention was to buy a 2-3 year ol I am very glad Harry Moseley chanced to greet me when I stopped at Subaru of Richmond to look at used Outbacks. My intention was to buy a 2-3 year old car with 30 - 40,000 miles. The August end of year sales were in progress and Harry explained that these 2019 prices were very close to the 2-3 year old cars and this seemed the best move for me. Harry was knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure me to make this decision. The whole experience was very pleasant. I had an unusual request - that the driver seat be leather - and he took care of this. I am enjoying my 2019 Outback and know that I can call on Harry with any questions or concerns. Keith Nelson greeted me when I entered Subaru Richmond and helped me through the test drive on day one. The next day, when I went back to get the car, Keith helped me through the initial paperwork and ex and helped me through the test drive on day one. This kind of salesmanship doesn't happen at every car dealership! I also indicated what I could or could not afford and Dan and the various dealership employees worked with me to make the purchase of my new Legacy possible. Overall a very positive experience! More

I had been looking at Outbacks as well as Toyotas &Hondas for almost a year & wanted to make a final decision when I walked into your Subaru dealershi I had been looking at Outbacks as well as Toyotas &Hondas for almost a year & wanted to make a final decision when I walked into your Subaru dealership and I met Ray Chamberlain. He was not pushy which was very important to me but he was very persuasive. He took me for a test drive & spent a huge amount of time going over all the features of the Outback & answering all my questions. I left that day having made the decision that I definitely wanted to by an Outback. I was in the process of selling my house & couldn’t actually buy the car until I closed & was afraid the car would be gone when I was finally able to purchase it (it was a 2019 closeout & it had to be a white Touring). A couple months later I called Ray & he assured me he could get me exactly what I wanted & did, he even texted me pictures of the car. He was available whenever I had questions & worked with me on the price. All in all, I couldn’t have been happier with Ray & my whole experience purchasing my Outback. I am only sorry that I will not be able to follow up with service because I have relocated to NJ. More
