I contacted the dealership via the internet, received a quick email reply (I prefer emails to phone calls). After a couple e-mails back & forth, RJ told me to stop by whenever I wanted and he'd have some cars ready and waiting for me. I stopped by and drove a couple cars. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot - and rather than try to talk me into something I didn't want just to clear his own inventory, RJ quickly found several cars, with exactly the options/colors I wanted, at nearby dealers. Here's the best part... I told him I wanted to think about it and possibly drive a few other brands at other dealers. RJ told me to take all the time I wanted, and to give him a call when I was ready to make a deal - because he knew the car I was looking at was better than the others I planned on driving. First time I've ever been allowed to walk out of a car dealership without a salesman trying to drag me back to his desk! I called back later that day - and within a few hours RJ made me an offer better than I was expecting (including more for my trade than I expected). Needless to say, I bought the car and am 100% satisfied with my experience at Moore Motors. More

I was not going to by the Ford Car I wanted just because I was so tired of getting the Bait and Switch from Detroit Dealerships. RJ was honest and fair and worked with me to get the car I wanted at a great price. And they even delivered my car to my home! The Finance guy and service guy were also extremely friendly and easy to work with. Moore Motors should be your first call when buying a Ford, Dodge, or Chrysler.
