After speaking with the sales person who knew the previous owner well, as well as speaking with the Used Car Manager, we wanted to take this time to invite you to call the Used Car Manager on the new issues that were not there previously. We definitely would love the opportunity to change your rating. We were not aware of the new issues and if you did speak with someone here please let the Used Car Manager know this & who it is. I've called and left messages but no return call. That doesn't look good for the dealer. I'm even more (no pun intended) disappointed now than I was in the beginning. Please don't ask me to call if the courtesy of a return call isn't going to happen. Just so the people at Moore know the answer to the question posted, I sent in an email through their own website. Either someone didn't let anyone know or no one there checks the emails. I'm still waiting for my spare key and FOB.

This will be my last statement. I honestly wish I could lower the star rating. My FOB and key came in but no one notified me. I found this out when I went to Moore Motor sales to check on these items. Mr. Duke approached me while he was smoking. Since our transaction was yet to be completed, I was still the customer so this was unprofessional and uncalled for. Mr. Duke rudely stated he must have given the wrong number to the people in Sebewaing. Rather than calling Sebewaing to set up an appointment and making this part right, he dismissed me while saying I probably should call them before going over. One star would be my rating. I tried to be honest and fair in what I've written. I like my vehicle and I'm having all issues taken care off but not by Moore. The service after I drove off the lot showed me a lot about the dealership. I wouldn't recommend them. Sorry.

Not for one second do I believe your sorry. Especially since I found out that one of the expensive parts you told me I needed to get the air bag light to go out, has absolutely nothing to do with it. You just tried to take advantage of an old man cause you thought you could get away with it. I shudder to think how many other unsuspecting people you treat the same way. Your reputation in the area is in the toilet and I sincerely hope enough people discover that to make a difference. Everyone I know will learn how you treated me. I will never spend another dime at your dealership.
