I had major body work done on my car. I was asked to take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and t take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and twice because local glass shops can't get a windshield to fit correctly. Every time I get the well, we have a life time warranty just bring it back. I don't want to bring it back, I want it fixed right the first time. Nice people but very disappointed in the results. The response I get is, "I don't know why it won't fit". I expected better quality, better service, and better handling of the problem. I expected Moore and I got a lot less :( More
WORLDS WORST SHOP! Called the shop and decided to use them because they said they would allow me to make payments on my deductible. Shortly after having my car towed there they decided they would barely them because they said they would allow me to make payments on my deductible. Shortly after having my car towed there they decided they would barely communicate with me or the insurance adjuster. After 31 days of calling them, I finally got a call saying they would have a quote for me "tomorrow", but ended up not calling me and just starting the work without my permission. After the work was complete I received a call from Kelly saying that they no longer could help me on my deductible and it was needed in full before I removed my car... I asked her to speak with a supervisor an I was told it wouldn't be possible until mid next week. By then I Hadn't had my car for 35 days and it was causing me to miss my classes at a university across town and work. So I was angry and called the Moore auto-complex main building and asked to speak with the general manager. A man named Steve the supposed "general manager" spoke to me, I told him the whole story and he seemed concerned and told me he would take care of it and call me back within 30 mins... An hour goes by still no call back... So I call them again, and I'm told by the receptionist he had gone home and the body shop way closed (this was 2:30 in the afternoon on a thursday). So I call them the next morning and ask for the assistant manager, I'm told to please hold... I hold for 10 mins then get the dial tone... This happens probably 15 times. My girlfriend decided to help me out and call them from a separate number and she asked for a general manager and said she was having an issue... They send her straight to Mr. Matt Moore's office and of course it goes to the machine. She hands me the phone and I leave a message about what's going on and how it took 31 days just to start a 3 day job... He calls me back the next day and immediately start calling me names and cussing at me. He says that I'm lucky that they did it in only 35 days and that he's had customers wait 90 days just to get a dent removed... He also told me it's my responsibility to make sure that the shop was doing the work I needed. Really? (even though I basically did call them 10 times a day) all throughout the conversation he kept saying "take me to court if you're unhappy with the job" he was very adamant about me taking him to court for some reason an ended the conversation in a poor attempt at a witty joke saying "sue me a favor". Overall the worst experience I've ever had with a business and probably the most threatening phone call I've ever had. I honestly don't understand how this place is even in business. So please any shop but there! More
