Many of the problems stem from issues on Friday when he was off. Also I guess on going problems with the van he has no control over. More

1st service I've been taking vehicles to the dealership for service most of my adult life. It has always been a 2 or 3 hour ordeal even with scheduled appointment I've been taking vehicles to the dealership for service most of my adult life. It has always been a 2 or 3 hour ordeal even with scheduled appointments for simple service like oil change or tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment with Moore and got there 15 minutes early. 30 minutes later I was done and on my way out the door. Professional, friendly, excellent service. More
