The best Dealership service I have ever experienced For starters I called Moore dealership to schedule recall service and someone answered the phone after 2 rings. Unlike my experience with Auto Nation where I called several times and left messages regarding my need and never received a return call. Again, the good folks at Moore were professional, courteous and responsive. I spoke with Josie and she scheduled and arranged to have my recall service performed that same week. Overall, I was very impressed with her and totally satisfied. She told me that Mike would handle my needs when I arrived for my appointment. Again, he was terrific! He explained what was needed told me when the work would be completed. From start to finish, my experience was flawless! I would recommend Moore Jeep service to anyone looking for quality and competent maintenance.. Based on my experience, I’ll return to Moore Jeep when it’s time to replace my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. More

Diagnostics My Jeep was having the dash lights intermittently going off. The service advisor told me that it was the trailer brake wiring, after a tech looked it My Jeep was having the dash lights intermittently going off. The service advisor told me that it was the trailer brake wiring, after a tech looked it over. I did not have them fix it and took it to my neighbor who works on his own cars. Turns out that the problem was the ground wire was loose because the nut was laying on the floor and the bolt/stub? That it usually attaches to was missing. It had nothing to do with the trailer wiring. when they grabbed the trailer brake wiring was moved/grabbed, it bumped into the ground wire that was loose. The $75 I paid was charged for incorrect information. I would like a refund. Travis was very pleasant to work with. More
