This time, he explained what needed to be done right of way, got me a rental, and kept in contact with me several times explaining what needed to be done. In short, in less than a full day, my car was fixed and covered completely under warranty. Travis is always a pleasure to work with and if it was not for him, I would be taking my car elsewhere. Had a problem they fixed it The check engine light came on. 2 minutes later I could not accelerate on the highway. My FIXD said I had a TCM problem. Brought the car in on Friday The check engine light came on. 2 minutes later I could not accelerate on the highway. My FIXD said I had a TCM problem. Brought the car in on Friday morning, was told it would be done Monday. Was done on Saturday. Ended up it was a software update problem. Wish I had know I needed an update. More
