Last Minute Battery Replacement I had my battery replaced in October of 2018. Last weekend, I came home from a two week vacation on a Sunday, and my battery was dead. Called Moore, a I had my battery replaced in October of 2018. Last weekend, I came home from a two week vacation on a Sunday, and my battery was dead. Called Moore, and they got me in at 1:30 on Monday (the soonest I could get there). In less than three hours, they tested the battery and entire electrical system, determined it was a bad battery (ruling out anything else wrong with the car), and replaced the battery at no cost. Super friendly and efficient -as always. More

Fixed the problem, but. Took a vehicle in for a recall issue, and for a secondary concern. However, while there, the people servicing the car disconnected the window control unit. (Liberty - center console) When they were informed of it, they hastily snapped it back together - and now the driver side front window doesn’t work. Their response was “not our problem, we didn’t do anything with the windows.” I get it; it’s an older car, it has its issues, stuff happens, and sometimes things get broken. Just frustrated because of the response and the fact that we now have another problem (where there wasn’t one before). More
