Moore Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

I shall return for future services at Moore Chrysler, Jeep, My wife and I have been to other Jeep and Fiat Dealerships for auto service on our Grand Cherokee and Fiat 500. We have never left their dealerships w My wife and I have been to other Jeep and Fiat Dealerships for auto service on our Grand Cherokee and Fiat 500. We have never left their dealerships with any other than the feeling of "Just Mediocre or feel totaly unsatisfied. I have never been to any auto dealership in our past that has given me all the following: Courteous, attentive, and timely service in one visit. Not only was our service agent was fantastic; all the employees were kind, friendly, and attentive to making it a very pleasant experience and visit. The dealership was particularly claen, had great creature comforts like food treats, and the restromm was immaculately clean. The front area receptionist was kind, friendly, and very accomodative. Yes, I will be back to your dealership for all other services in the future; unless through a work relocation forces us to leave the area permamently. Paul H. More

Rethinking my options We have been customers of Moore Chrysler for awhile and have been satisfied with their performance. This last time was a little different.they informe We have been customers of Moore Chrysler for awhile and have been satisfied with their performance. This last time was a little different.they informed us it would be ready three weeks in a row and each time it was moved further out. When we finally got it back yesterday the shroud around the outside of the driver's seat was broken and there is some grease of some sort on the carpet. They gave us a rental for the time they had our car, so that was good, but I felt a little passed put off, like some one else's job was more important or they just took on more jobs than they were able to get done in the time frame they had given us. More

Antifreeze leak Kept my Jeep for a day and ahalf. GC fueling issue Mike had them put s new fuel fill tube in. Problem solved under warranty; wouldn't even take money for the fuel they put in for testing.
