Great Service st Moore Jeep! Took my 2017 Jeep Cherokee in for routine oil and filter maintenance and investigate a fog light that was not working. My service advisor is Michael Took my 2017 Jeep Cherokee in for routine oil and filter maintenance and investigate a fog light that was not working. My service advisor is Michael Harrington. Michael listened to all of my issues and also suggested that the engine and cabin air filters be checked. Michael personally had the mechanic bring him the engine and cabin air filters and then Michael brought the filters to me so that I could them. I was so impressed with Michael’s involvement and dedication! In my opinion, he definitely went above and beyond from my previous experiences from other Jeep dealerships. I feel Michael Harrington definitely needs to be recognized for superior service he provided me. More

Very friendly service rep Aaron is an awesome service advisor, very friendly and personable. Car was not inspected My car rlwas serviced due to. A valve body issue. Upon receipt they retuneed it with abattery issue and failed to check the start/stop service. Phone person needs to be kinder and work more with the custo Saturday I had called to get an oil change on my Jeep. The person who I spoke with was not helpful y’all. Why have someone who cannot look at a schedule and tell someone yea or no. Asked to be transferred to someone who could let us know. Again she was not able to do that. She asked if she could have someone call me back I said sure an hour went by no phone call. So drove over had Justin as a service advisor which he was awesome. It only to oil chang about a half hour. If I didn’t show up I probably would not of Houma oil changed that day and hard for me to get in there during the work week because of work. Great job Justin. Not so Great Coleen. More
