Training day Service people took too long to return keys to service writer causing additional delay to an unusually slow oil change (2 hours). Not here apparently. Finally when service doesn’t release the vehicle in the computer system - empower the service writer to correct it instead of requiring him to chase down the mechanic. More

I dropped the car off at 6:55A.M. and was told that it would be ready in 1 hour My appointment for a lube, oil filter, and oil was scheduled for 7A.M. Provided me a ride back to my home and after 1-1/2 days recieved a call with a progress report and when my vehicle would be finished. Picked up my JL and was given a complete report of problems fixed, drove my vehicle and was back to perfect condition ! The same day asked him if the parts department had tires and wheels in stock for my Jeep and he walked me over and assisted me with the parts people and I purchased 5 wheels and tires right there on the spot !
