Worst customer service I have experienced You can never get a hold of a service rep. My wife and I have called and left messeges multiple times for Mike. Never a call back, nothing! One time I had to drive over there just to talk to him because he refused to answer his phone or when he was paged. I even requested to speak the service manager and he was just as worthless as Mike. I will never recommend this place to anyone, ever. More

My switch to synthetic oil I appreciated Justin taking the time to answer all my questions regarding "how to take the best care of my Jeep Cherokee". Found recalls I did not know about. Good donuts. Cost a little more then I had planned but just happy I had the money. Always pay more for work at dealers due to the "book" for labor an Good donuts. Both headlights had to be replaced. Had to have 2 headlights replaced, thought that I would have coverage under warranty, but was informed the it was not covered.
