I had a problem, about 2 years ago, with my Jeep and I did not even know there was a problem, however, your service people found the problem and fixed it before it became a real problem. Worst customer service I have experienced You can never get a hold of a service rep. My wife and I have called and left messeges multiple times for Mike. Never a call back, nothing!
