Told me they could make the deal, got a call 2 weeks later and told me they wanted more money, I returned the jeep. Clean, comfortable, and comforting. I originally scheduled an appointment for 12 in the afternoon and showing up and hour early I was worried I would have to wait, but that was no issue at all. Sue Robbins immediately assisted me and continued assisting me throughout the entire transaction, along with Troy Miller. Once the time came to discuss cost, warranty, and other essentials he was there to help. Along with his calm and courteous demeanor he was extremely patient and took the time to not only make my first car buying experience one I would not regret but to explain and go over any and every question I asked. If I had to have that experience again I sure hope it would be with the two of them again. More
