Lied to by finance guy = wasted day. The entire team bent over backwards to make the initial sale, which we were very happy with. We knew we had to come back in for 2 additional parts (a The entire team bent over backwards to make the initial sale, which we were very happy with. We knew we had to come back in for 2 additional parts (a remote starter and brake light strobe). After one month goes by, I figured the dealership was overwhelmed or closed due to the Virus restrictions. I called them after the month. The initial finance person was not there that day so I got passed to George in finance. We told George we were waiting for 2 parts to come in. George looked up our account and told me Both parts were in and to come in to have them installed. My wife and I came in the next day. George took the vehicle, he returned stating that both parts had been installed, he then left in a hurry without showing us how to use either option that had just been installed. We found after a while, that the brake light strobe was installed ,but the remote starter had not. After waiting for George to get back from his lunch break, we asked him about the starter. George stated that he could see anything in our records about getting a starter. I asked him, why he told me that he had Both items in, and to come in for installation. I got the worthless "I'm Sorry" from him and told to come back another day when the initial finance person was there. George didn't bother to take the time to actually LISTEN to what the customer was telling him or asking him. He was in more of a hurry to get to lunch. All the employees we encountered at this dealership were so friendly and helpful. When we asked questions we got clear and direct answers.
