The dealership was fine. Our sales person, Roy, was ok in the beginning, but in the end did not follow thru with explaining anything. At one point I asked if I could speak to a manager, and I felt like I in the beginning, but in the end did not follow thru with explaining anything. I was told I couldn't finance my car with out a cosigner, to find out, when I talked to Troy, he said I could. In fact, Troy seemed surprised that nothing was finalized or explained to me before we got to his office to sign papers. Overall, I was very unsatisfied. They treat you like trash for paying cash. Original asking price was 13900, when they found out we had cash it went to 17 almost 18k. We ended up buying the car for 16k but will never go back. Key fobs didn’t work. Kept trying to give unsolicited financial advice trying to convince me that if I financed a portion it would only be a few dollars and I would save thousands with them, sorry sir but if I have the cash I don’t need your financial advice and you don’t know my situation so don’t presume to tell me what’s financially better for my kids and I. The condescending narcissistic tone in which you treat me I’m presuming partly because I’m a woman and the other part because you get this huge kickback for the bank for every loan that you send to bank and I wasn’t participating in the program. I don’t feel that I should be punished by paying extra to finance something when I don’t need to. Maybe participate in some real financial courses and you might learn on what I’m inferring to instead of thinking you’re so high and mighty. More

I had a very pleasant buying experience here at Moore.
