Keebz541 - I'm sorry to hear of your experience. However, it is our understanding that you falsified your income which required you to return the vehicle, because the bank would not secure you a loan. Also upon returning our vehicle, there were multiple damages to our vehicle.

Mike from the Maintenance Department called shortly after I posted this. He was able to get my Cherokee in right away the next day to ensure the issues were looked at and the vehicle would be operating correctly again. Really appreciate the great customer service. Would recommend and change this rating to 5 stars.
