Moore had the exact model with the features we wanted and we were more than happy to wait for it to be delivered to your lot. This is the main reason we choose you for our Jeep purchase. However, there are two issues 1) We don’t feel that it was right that since your finance department wanted to send us the paperwork in advance (we are in Tucson ) that they pre dated everything 6/30 and since we didn’t take possession of the vehicle until 7/7 we loose a week on our warranty. 2) Our pick up appt was set up with Rick in advanced the prior week and as part of the sales negotiation we were to have the front windows tinted to the legally allowed tint. I spoke with Rick twice before the appt, he confirmed the tint and we were told everything would be ready. On the day of our delivery I checked in with Rick to let him know our arrival time as we had driven up from Tucson. Rick asked if we could delay for later in the afternoon, as the tint needed to be done, so we hung out in Phoenix to arrive when he wanted us there. Unfortunately when we got there the windows were still not tinted. Apparently the people who do the tint were unavailable that day. I’m still not sure why it wasn’t tinted anytime before that or why then we needed to hang out in Phoenix to come in later . Because it wasn’t tinted Rick told us we wouldn’t be charged for the cargo liner that I ordered - doing this in lieu of the tinting not being done. Although that is nice it is still disappointing, especially since I asked about it twice and it was also then unnecessary for us to try and waste time before the appt expecting it to be completed. Now we still need to take it somewhere in Tucson to be tinted, which is hassle we wanted to avoid. Again, love the vehicle and your pricing was fair, however since you asked for an evaluation - all things considered it should have been done better and had the tint we agreed upon and a warranty that starts when we took possession of our vehicle, not a week prior. More

I purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek in January this year. Loved it until summer. The car could not keep us cool in the 100 plus range. Loved the car until then.
