Their online buying process is not very good. Waited all day after submitting my application. Never heard from them until I called to find out what was happening with my loan. Was then told that they were h day after submitting my application. Never heard from them until I called to find out what was happening with my loan. Was then told that they were helping people in the store and would get to my application when they had time. Didn’t want to lose out on the Jeep I wanted (already had that happen previously) so I got my own financing. Once that happened I owned the Jeep within 2 hours. The sales people and manager are nice though once you are in the store. More
