He took me in a golf cart to see what Jeep Wranglers they had in stock. Then at his office we narrowed down to a 2021 Wrangler Unlimited Willys. Moore gave me a great trade-in value for my Rubicon and Matt was able to get me a lower price on the Willys Jeep. The Moore dealership made all parts of the transaction go smoothly. Genuinely attentive and very caring to my timing, needs, and how I wanted to engage with the Dealership. Additionally, Steve Sand was fair and straight forward. I am left with a sense that everyone at the dealership has a high sense of ownership and accountability to doing right by and for the customer, the best way they can. I hope my future car needs lead me to their brand because I am not hopeful I will have the same amazing experience anywhere else. More
Salesman not only provides no follow up call, he doesn’t return calls or emails. Finance doesn’t provide all the necessary paperwork, hiding that fact by tossing an envelope filled with jumbled up papers, return calls or emails. When asked to send out the missing paperwork, they say they will but don’t. Now I’ll have to go to the dealership in person. Good thing I love my new Jeep otherwise the entire experience would have miserable. There will be no follow up business or service visits from me, and I do not recommend this dealership at all. More

Sue Robbins was great, however the sales manager Randy was disrespectful and unprofessional. Giving a potential customer an ultimatum as well as trying to back out of an agreed upon price simply when aske was disrespectful and unprofessional. I have 2 cars over 100k miles and 2 kids driving or about to drive. The long term implications of my future business was not considered. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
Had a few issues and have been ignored. Car was dirty, no walkthrough and told it had android auto but it doesnt. Plus waited in lobby for 30 minutes to even see the car because salesman prejudged me and wa walkthrough and told it had android auto but it doesnt. Plus phone was dead and not 1 employee would help me find a charger. I found one on my own. More
