He took us out to try any car we were interested in, he looked at numbers to help us stay in our budget, and was patient with us throughout the entire process. We recommend him to anyone, and we’re thankful it was him who walked with us through our first car purchase! Troy in the financial department was our financial guide, and in our inexperience as first time buyers was like a guardian to help us make the best decisions for us. He walked us through all the possibilities, the pros, and the cons. He took his time gently and patiently to answer every single question with clarity and efficiency. He was like the uncle you go to and ask for advice and the one who will shoot it straight to you, but with compassion and empathy. We didn’t feel forced to do anything, but walked out feeling confident we made the best decisions for our family. We learned a lot and found a dealership we can call our car home. We’ll without a doubt come back for future purchases and car needs. Wally Illsey is a special person in my book. I ordered my Jeep from Wally and I would recommend to anyone looking at a MoPar product to call Wally and talk to him, before buying anywhere else. A month ago I Jeep from Wally and I would recommend to anyone looking at a MoPar product to call Wally and talk to him, before buying anywhere else. A month ago I started looking for a Jeep Rubicon4xe. I contacted three dealers in the Prescott area. While checking on reviews I happened to run into Wally’s reviews at Moore Chrysler Jeep in Peoria. Gave him a call and sent him a printout of the Jeep I was looking for, the next day he sent me a detailed listing of the Jeep, with all the options I wanted. Gave me a follow up call. The best sales price of any other dealership. Unfortunately a couple of days later, my wife had to go into the hospital for emergency surgery, I called Wally and told him I was putting the purchase on hold until after her surgery. Late on the day of her surgery, Wally calls me to ask how my wife came through the operation. Not a word about the Jeep. It was a genuine call checking on her health. Now, that is a class individual. I ordered my Jeep from Wally because: he was honest, friendly, and did a great job of following up on my needs. I got the best price and the best sales service I’ve ever had. Definitely the BEST sales experience I’ve ever had in a car dealership. I am retired and have bought a lot of new cars.
