Moore Jeep had a very rare combination in stock that I was interested in, with a significant discount offered (some from Chrysler-Jeep, some from Moore). The fact they had this particular vehicle in inventory was amazing - it was the only one out of 500 in this area. Part of the discount was $2,000 to finance through the manufacturer. I did not want to finance, but after a bit of back and forth, they threw in the $2,000 anyway. Although I looked for any reason not to buy (I hadn't actually been planning a purchase at this time), and thought about backing out a few times, the deal was too good and the vehicle too perfect. The transaction time was a couple of hours, and the paperwork to sign was significantly less than with cash deals I've done at other dealerships in the past. If I buy a new Jeep in the future, I will certainly keep them in mind. More

It was a bad experience. Steve Lewandowski was fine. He did what he was supposed to, but the vehicle that we got was shot. The wait time for financing was a long time. I finally had to ask the finance manager what was the issue. I had asked them to complete a simple diagnostic check on my Grand Cherokee, which they did.. Unfortunately they did additional work on it related to a programming recall without my permission.
