My son was interesting in buying his first car at 19. He went to this dealership and worked with Fred Flores and secured a deal on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. It was advertised on their site at $15,995 went to this dealership and worked with Fred Flores and secured a deal on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. It was advertised on their site at $15,995. He was given a deal sheet listing the price, add ons and offer on his trade. He came home to ensure it was okay and we gave him some pointers on trying to negotiate, but ultimately were okay with the price. He returned the very next day after calling the dealer to let them know he was coming and asked if they could lower the dealer prep fees. He was not only told no but they came out with a new deal sheet that was $500 more than the originally advertised price of the vehicle, now at $16,495 claiming the safety inspection they did resulted in a part that was needed that has adjusted the price in the middle of a deal. He literally had a deal sheet for a lower price that was now not available. Perhaps the dealership shouldn't a. advertise the vehicle at a price prior to inspecting it b. give a deal sheet before they are confident in their costs. Either way this is simply a bait and switch situation and my son is crushed. What a horrible experience for a 19 years old to have on this first car purchase. When we emailed the sales person and the dealership leadership there was no response to several contact events. This of course is something we want to report here, to the BBB, the FTC and of course the AZ State Attorney Generals Office. I would probably be very leery of buying a used car here. More

The Service rep was pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He kept me informed of the progress and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of ti listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He talked on about his feelings toward the handling of the pandemic which I felt was inappropriate. I was also disappointed and surprised that my car had not been washed upon pick up. There is a bit of history with the New order of our 2021 Jeep Gladiator .. First Moore Chrysler Jeep had NO responsibility with problem of our special order Gladiator .. the vehicle came from the factory wi Jeep Gladiator .. First Moore Chrysler Jeep had NO responsibility with problem of our special order Gladiator .. the vehicle came from the factory with faulty white paint .. the rear roof panel just behind the drivers side rear door had a tint of gray in the white paint .. Moore's Detail Dept. realized it right away and notified Steve Sand the Sales manager of the defect .. Mr Sand called me advised me of the issue and invited me down to the dealership to view and inspect the paint discrepancy .. Mr. Sand offered us three reasonable solutions .. 1: have that section of the roof repainted .. 2: order a factory painted roof section from Jeep and 3: [ after we learned that Jeep will not paint the roof section at the factory .. but instead would provide a primed section which would then have to be painted here ] and 4: We could refuse the Gladiator all together ... at this time I elected to wait for a new primed top to arrive from the factory .. Mr Sand reached out to us many times [at least 4] updating the status of the roof replacement until finally Jeep informed them that they could not confirm when and if a new roof section would be sent .. Mr Sand then had the roof section painted and offered a life time warranty on the new paint as an assurance to us that our satisfaction would be met... the section of the roof was painted to my expectations and I accepted the Gladiator .. I found Moore Chrysler Jeep to be very attentive to my concerns but was not patronizing .. I found Steve Sand to be very accommodating .. he worked closely with me .. and Never once pressured me towards one discission or another .. I think Mr Sand is a true asset to Moore Chrysler Jeep .. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Moore Chrysler Jeep .. Glenn Shay More
