I had a great experience with both the dealership and the salesman during my recent new car purchase. Mitchell was informative and helped me to locate multiple vehicles I liked. The gentleman that finalized the sale was quick and prompt and explained all the paperwork in detail. I have been buying cars for well over 40 years. This experience was unique. My wife and I were in the market for a new Chrysler Town & country. I emailed several valley dealers. I received a call back i experience was unique. My wife and I were in the market for a new Chrysler Town & country. I emailed several valley dealers. I received a call back in less than 10 minutes. It was fast maybe to fast. However, I spoke with Steve Sands and explained to him exactly what we were looking for. He quoted me a price and based off our research we concludd that this was a fair price for dealer and customer. I told him I would be in around 6 p.m. the folowing day. I arrived a the dealer and the vehicle was pulled up front with a full tank of gas and completely detailed. We took it for a 30 minute test drive. It was perfect. We went over the numbers again and it was exactly as agreed upon. They gathered our information and introduced us to Evan. He was through and fast. Evan explained the after market options such as a exteneded warranty, maitenance, alarms and other options. My wife and I agreed to purchase a "LIFEIME" warranty only. Yes, I said "LIFETIME"! As long as we own the vehicle we have full coverage. Evan was a very plesurable gentelman to work with. The whole process probably took less than 1 hour. We have never been out of a dealer that fast. The whole experience was incredible and painless. We were introduced to the service manager Mike Harington. Mike gave us a little tour of the service dept. We want to express how happy we are with this dealership. We look forward to a long relationship with the Moore's. Thank you guys very much, Gene & Peggy. p.s. the other Chrysler dealer still have not responded back to us and its been well over 72hours. More
My husband an I had the best car buying experience ever at Moore Jeep. We went in knowing what we wanted and they were very competitive with their pricing. We ended up with a GREAT 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unli at Moore Jeep. We went in knowing what we wanted and they were very competitive with their pricing. We ended up with a GREAT 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at a realy great interest rate WITHOUT great credit. I was very happily surprised. Rick worked with us to get us the car we wanted and at the price we wanted and then we were handed over to Evan for financing and he made magic happen with our new loan. Im VERY happy with both of them. I will recommend Moore Chrysler Jeep! More

I wasn't planning to purchase a new car when I stopped in the dealership. I was pulling in to see if there was a service person available to deal with the transmission problems I was continuing to have with the dealership. I ended up missing the service people by 10 minutes and was very frustrated when I went into the showroom. Sean didn't take my frustration or anger personally but instead actually went out of his way to try and help me with my problem. Upon hearing I didn't like the car at all, he helped me find a new car on the lot and traded in my other car while keeping my car payment very close to what it was previously. Evan was very easy to work with in terms of financing and went out of his way to explain everything and make the process as painless as possible. Coming from a person who doesn't like car dealerships, I can honestly say I would recommend this one to other people. More
I have always been leery of buying at car dealerships, and past experiences have proven that dealer transactions can be painful. I was originally in to gather information about Jeeps and determine if there was a way to obtain a Wrangler with in my price range. I met with Rick Watson and he was kind enough to give me all kinds of information and pricing on different used Jeeps, even though at the time it was obvious I was not going to be able to buy that day. Later I found a PT Cruiser on their website which was priced with in my range and I went back to Rick to test drive the vehicle. He was very helpful and courteous. When it came time to finalize the deal Rick and the dealership were very gracious in their negotiations and I was able to leave with in $200 of my budget out the door! I am pleased to be able to recommend Rick and this dealership to others and will use them again in future transactions. More
We purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler and traded in our 2006 Jeep Wrangler. We cut a deal and decided to lease instead of buy. They accepted our deal and we signed papers and left with the new vehicle that night. There was NO calls the following day and then we received a call the day after asking if everything was ok and if whenever we had time could we pls call this call was from Evan in finance. We called back and got voice mail and NO return call. I asked to speak with the salesman as we did not receive and Owner's Manual and he said he would get one ready. Two days later another call was received and a message again from Evan saying to pls call and asking if the Jeep was good and he needed more bank information. Called back and again NO reply. The next day again a call and to call right away as well as a call from the salesman. When we called back they said the back did not approve the lease now and if we could not make at least another $2000 dollar deposit we would have to return the vehicle and take back our old Jeep. Found it very hard to believe that making a bigger down payment would make the bank think that then the monthly payments would be any easier. Returning the vehicle the next day was horrible and Dean at that point said he was going to try one more bank......why Evan or someone else could not have done that before IDK but we then had to continue to wait for almost an hour and then just leave with our old Jeep. I believe the could have solved this problem sooner and as far as customer service and satisfaction go they are the worst. I WILL NEVER recommend this family run business to anyone and would never go there again myself. More

I looked at Jeeps several places and came back to Moore’s because of the friendly laid back attitude of their sales people. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase, nor did receive the daily harassi because of the friendly laid back attitude of their sales people. Mitchell’s easy going nature is what ultimately got me to return and purchase. More
