We had been to two other dealerships prior to going to Moore shopping around for the best price for a new Jeep Compass. So upon arrival we knew exactly what we wanted. He drove us back in a golf cart which was perfect since it was 115 degrees outside. The other 2 dealerships we had to walk in the heat (and I am pretty sure each day we had went car shopping over the past week were record heat days). We found a Compass in the color that matched my requests and went ahead and made the deal. Wally was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I found the car i was interested in on Moore's website and decided to drive out to Peoria that night. He was very nice, knowledgable, and anxious to help. The entire deal went extremely smooth and fast. Rick and Evan (in finance) put the deal through super quickly, but still took time to make sure I was happy with everything. Evan got the financing all squared away, Rick gave me a fair deal on the trade, and I was out the door by 9:30! Just over an hour for the whole deal! She just comes off as more than a sales rep., she always shows an interest in what I have been doing and how I am doing with my new Town and Country. Next car I will definitely buy from her, she is just a wonderful person. If I have any gripe it is having to watch Fox News in the waiting room. I will get up and change it to a non political channel like HGTV. Today in the waiting room I asked if anyone would mind if I changed the channel, all four people waiting said, oh, please do. Their slant on politics is biased and I think not a good choice for a business. I still enjoy the dealership and would continue to go there. We liked the Jeep Patriot that we found, and the price was right within our budget. However, the main fator that brought us back, was the wonderful customer service that we received from Tony! He had a relaxed approach that made us feel very comfortable. It was a huge relief from the other high pressure, fast talking, let's make a deal sales personnel that we dealt with at other dealerships.
