Found a vehicle I was interested in on Moore's Internet website late in the evening so I called and spoke with Kristan who confirmed that the vehicle was still available. Went right out to the dealership, met up with Henry Ajiboye and we went for a test drive. Came back to the dealership and in a no pressure sale approach, Henry had my trade in checked out and we set about to make a deal. Once I explained my financial situation and monthly payment needs, Henry had me speak with Chris (Used Car Sales Manager, we put together a great deal without any negotiations. I received much more for my trade than expected, a great term and interest rate. I next sat down with Evan Robin to sign the paperwork and he made it a quick and informative process. He did not try to sell me anything but I asked about an extended warranty which in the end I signed up for because while it raised my payment slightly, it lowered my interest rate. At that point I left with my new vehicle. The next day Evan called me back to say that Bank of America had offered me a lower loan term and an interest rate reduction. Never ever had that happen before. All in all, this was the best buying experience I have ever had on a vehicle! My thanks to everyone at Moore and keep up the great customer service! Today we purchased our third Town and Country van (2011) from Moore Chrysler. The purchase came after five months of having problems with our 2009 model which we had for 2-1/2 years. It had an intermittent from Moore Chrysler. The purchase came after five months of having problems with our 2009 model which we had for 2-1/2 years. It had an intermittent starting problem for which the service department was never able to pinpoint a cause. Service rep Travis Reagan worked diligently with us over a period of time, in an effort to find the problem. Travis and the service team were as frustrated as we were in not being able to locate the problem. Travis and the team were very professional in the way they handled a difficult situation. I find no fault with them, but we knew it was time to move on and purchase a replacement van. Today, we met sales manager Steve Sands who put us with sales rep Mitchell Smith to work out a deal on a new vehicle. We found Mitchell to be very accomodating in every respect. He offered several suggestions, answered our questions, and worked hard to please us in any way he could. It turned out to be one of the better experiences we have had in purchasing a new van, and we have had many Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouth mini vans since the mid 80s. The last five have been Town and Country models. I have a positive feeling about all of the personnel we have dealt with at Moore, including finance manager Evan, the lady in the rental office (Mary), and others with whom we have come in contact. I have no hesitation in recommending the Moore dealership. More
We had been to two other dealerships prior to going to Moore shopping around for the best price for a new Jeep Compass. So upon arrival we knew exactly what we wanted. Wally was very helpful and took the time to bring us to the back to see the colors they had in stock (I was specifically looking for a one with tan interior). He drove us back in a golf cart which was perfect since it was 115 degrees outside. The other 2 dealerships we had to walk in the heat (and I am pretty sure each day we had went car shopping over the past week were record heat days). We found a Compass in the color that matched my requests and went ahead and made the deal. Wally was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I enjoyed my experience at Moore very much and would recommend visiting them when car shopping. More

I found the car i was interested in on Moore's website and decided to drive out to Peoria that night. It was an hour and a half drive for me and I didn't get there until after 8pm (dealer closes at 9pm). and decided to drive out to Peoria that night. He was very nice, knowledgable, and anxious to help. The entire deal went extremely smooth and fast. Rick and Evan (in finance) put the deal through super quickly, but still took time to make sure I was happy with everything. Evan got the financing all squared away, Rick gave me a fair deal on the trade, and I was out the door by 9:30! Just over an hour for the whole deal! I highly recommend visiting Moore Chrysler and specifically Rick! This was by far the smoothest, easiest, and fastest vehicle purchase I have ever been involved with - private or dealer!
