I used to take my Jeep to Power Chrysler Jeep on I-17 until I just couldn't take their aggressive sales in service anymore. I decided to take my vehicle to Moore and give them a chance. I was greeted by the most enthusiastic person I have ever met, Gloria. She was actually so happy to have me there. She introduced to me to Mike Queen as my advisor. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. As I was waiting I noticed on the window my old advisor from Power from along time ago, Shawn Jordan was the service manager. I asked Gloria if I could talk to him and she got him right away. He came out and we talked about why he was with Moore now and how Power had gone down hill since he left. If I knew he was here I would have started coming here along time ago. This is the reason this service department does so well on this website is because of guys like this. You won't find someone more caring and honest than this guy. It's obvious by the people he has surrounded himself with. He even gave me his cell number and told me if there is anything that he can do to just call him anytime. After my vehicle was done Shawn brought the vehicle up personally after making sure it was washed. I am now a loyal customer to Moore and that even means driving past Power to get there. Had a great experience purchasing a gently used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited-Sahara from Moore Auto. I had come across the Jeep we ultimately bought in a web search and decided it looked good enough to make Wrangler Unlimited-Sahara from Moore Auto. Upon arriving, Rick Watson quickly introduced himself and listened to what we were looking for and why and helped us discuss the pros/cons of buying new versus used given our needs. Rick realized we had done our research and were ready to buy but needed to make sure we were getting a great deal. And he helped make that happen for us - we could not have gotten a better used Wrangler at a better price anywhere!! The finance dept. was great and we were in and out of Moore Auto in under 2 hrs total. Highly recommend Moore Auto and Rick Watson in particular. Oh- and we LOVE our Jeep Wrangler. We bought a Town and Country from Moore on 5/5/12. I have been buying cars for 50 years, so I have a lot of experience with dealers and deals. As to the dealer, this was probably the most no-nonsense e have been buying cars for 50 years, so I have a lot of experience with dealers and deals. As to the dealer, this was probably the most no-nonsense experience I have had. As to the deal, I knew ahead of time what a fair price was on both the Town and Country and my trade, based on published book prices. I was able to deal at these prices with no hassles at all. My sales representative was Mitchell Smith. Mitchell knows everything there is to know about the Town and Country. The dealership had a huge supply of Town and Country vans, by far the largest in the Valley, so he was able to show us exactly what we wanted in features and color. This was a big plus. Once we decided on what we wanted, Mitchell delivered the van to us the same day. I was planning to pay cash, but Evan Robin in the finance department showed us a financing option that would work to our advantage, and I took it. I understand numbers and fine print, and this is going to save me several hundred dollars that I wasn't aware of when I made the deal. These new cars are loaded with wonderful features and electronics. Sometimes they can be a little confusing, and if you don't understand them you won't get the most out of your vehicle. Mitchell spent a lot of time with me after the sale, making sure that I understood every feature, pairing my iPhone and downloading my Contacts list, programming the garage door opener, etc. Mitchell also made sure that my wife understood all the features and was comfortable with the vehicle, which I appreciate. Mitchell is a competent sales rep and genuinely nice person. The vehicle was delivered with no defects. After a couple of days one of the sliding doors could not be opened with the outside handle. I brought it in and the service people fixed it right away, loose cable. No more defects. Just completed an 1800 mile trip and the van performed perfectly. We love this van and are completely satisfied with our buying experience. I would recommend Moore and Mitchell Smith without reservation. My wife and I were treated exceedingly well, and we appreciate it. More
