In my search for the right vehicle at the right price, I visited several dealers. None were as professional as the Marty and the Moore Staff. I like that the dealership is a family business and they are aggressive to help, but not pressure you. The common areas of the dealership are not luxurous, but the feeling is friendly. I highly recommmend Marty, (who was very patience and professional) as well as all the staff who helped put this deal together. More

Through email contact with Amandea Kaufman I knew that the vehicle that I wanted was on the lot. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted immedietly and escort to meet with Amanda, I was quickly turned over to Marty Thompson who was friendly and knowledgable about the inventory and the features of the Jeep Wranglers. Marty walked us through the assory package on the vehicle and we went for a test drive. I feel we got a very good deal on the purchase of our Jeep Wrangler and that Marty was instrumental in helping us negotiate the best deal. I would reccommend this dealership and salesmen to anyone who asks. More
A while back I had purchased a used Ford truck from this dealership. I would routinely bring the vehicle into the dealership for maintenance and repairs. Just recently another driver pulled out in front of me and totaled my truck. At this point I was not sure what to do. I did buy the gap insurance on the truck and found out my payoff was less than the value of the truck. I decided I would go back to Moore to look for another vehicle. As I was walking through their used car inventory I was greeted by their Service Manager Shawn Jordan who instantly was eager to help us. I explained my situation to him and he too let me know that he had the same thing happen to him a few years ago. He then went on to show us their used car inventory. While we were looking at a few vehicles that we liked he went to get an actual sales person for us. Within a couple of minutes he brought a lady by the name of Sue Krueger to help us. He explained that Sue was very knowledgable and when family and friends come in to buy a vehicle he always sends them to her. We showed Sue a couple of vehicles we were interested in and she immediately went and got the keys for them. We ended up driving a 2008 Chrysler 300 and a 2010 Dodge Charger. I instantly fell in love with the 300. Sue showed us every single option on the vehicle and explained everything from fuel economy to the options on the radio. I decided to purchase the 300. At that point we were introduced to Evan in their Finance Dept. I had already been approved by my credit union for a certain amount. After Evan reviewed evrything he asked if he could try talking to the credit union to get a me lower interest rate. I was shocked that dealer would even want to do anythint like that to help. After a few minutes on the phone with them he got me 2% lower on my interest rate. Saving me a ton of money. Which I then used to purchase another gap insurance and extended warranty. I can't even explain how I feel about Moore. Going to the dealership is liking going to the dentist. It's going to be painful and it's going to cost you money. But not at Moore! These people truly care about helping their customers. I honestly recommend this dealership. I even talked my father into going in there soon to purchase a vehicle. With people like Shawn, Sue and Evan you won't go wrong. Even during the financing process the Service Manager Shawn would check on us to make sure we were doing ok. I am so happy with my new used 300 and all my friends and family love it too. More

I had been in the market for a JK rubicon for quite a long time, but hadn't found one in my price range. I saw an add online from Moore Chrysler Jeep for a rubicon that was way too far under book and thought it couldn't be for real. The add was still up a week later, so I called to confirm the jeep was still available. Got through to a real person within a few seconds, found out the jeep was still there and hopped in my truck to go check it out. Once on the lot I tried to find my way over to the jeep without making eye contact with anyone so I wouldn't be poached on site. Tony G. walked over and asked if there was anything he could help me with, I explained to him that I only wanted to see that particular Rubicon. I was on a test drive within 2 minutes and loved it! I showed Tony my trade, a late model 4x4 pickup truck and was ready to do battle in the office to get the most I could for it. Steve S. came in and introduced himself when he brought in my offer for my truck. They offered me nearly $1k over the trade in value of my truck in excelent condition(I printed off the kbb value before hand to use against them lol). Tony & Steve asked me if that was going to work for me; I didn't have to think twice. Now over to finance, Evan R. easily took better care of me than any finance manager I have ever worked with. No pressure to buy any add-ons I didn't want and let me read the stuff I was signing! He was able to get me the best interest rate (4.5%) I've ever had on a used vehicle, even though my credit was lower than when I bought my truck! I arrived at the dealer at 1:40 pm and was leaving in my new Wrangler Rubicon at 3:50! I can't say enough about how honest, professional and kind Evan, Tony and Steve were. I felt like they were working for me and not against me; they really made me feel like family. Thanks guys, you have a customer for life! More

Returned to show room and made a satisfactory deal. I found Roy a good person to talk to,answered all my queries with no hesitation. Next met with Troy the finance man and again,had a very good meeting and left feeling that I was treated well and made a good decision to purchase the Town and Country. I used your website to study in advance to make my decision to buy. The people that I met in your showroom Roy Morris and Troy were very helpful. I would have made my comments in the showroom.
