My husband and I went in on Thursday just to test drive a 200. Mitchell greeted us and asked what we were looking for and immediately allowed us drive 2 models without any hassel. When we were done, we told him we would be back that Saturday and without pressuring us to stay, he gave us his card and thanked us for coming in and he looked forward to working with us. I was expecting to get a phone call on Friday pressuring us to come back, like most dealers do, but we only got a call from the sales manager thanking us for coming in and if we had any questions to please call. My husband went back Saturday after work to see if a deal could be worked. From the moment he arrived, he was treated with respect. As was I when I arrived. There was no unpleasant going back and forth with numbers. They were very straight forward from the price to the financing and took the time to make sure that I was getting what I wanted and also that I didn't get anything that I didn't want. I ended up getting the 200 Touring (which was a more car than I thought I could get for the price) and a more than fair price for my trade in. Overall,our experience was very pleasant and I know I got a good deal on my car. More
