The mere thought of having to visit a dealers lot makes most people cringe. From the time you drive onto the property you feel like road kill surrounded by vultures and then spend most of the day dealing w most people cringe. From the time you drive onto the property you feel like road kill surrounded by vultures and then spend most of the day dealing with the onslaught of financial figures going back and forth. I must say I did not experience all of the above during my visit to Moore Jeep. I was able to park my vehicle and walk through the lot looking at vehicles. Not once was I approached by pushy salesperson(s). After browsing the lot I was contacted by Doug who was very friendly and offered his services. Doug knew what vehicle I wanted and also knew I was not satisfied with the price recited. So, rather then try to sell me a different model (which is what most people would do, he did what he could to get to a number that was acceptable to both myself and the dealer. Once the deal was agreed upon it took very little time to get me into financing. Everyone knows that once you hit financing you are once again dealing with numerous figures and available options to the deal. Financing made every effort to get me options at a price acceptable and knew not to push the envelope when it came to my monthly payments. The pricing for the options and interest rates were better then I expected and as such made the encounter much less stressful. The estimated total time at the dealer was approx 3 hours which speaking from experience is very minimal. The vehicle was very clean when presented to me and even though it was close to closing time, they were able to deliver this vehicle to my home without hesitation. Now please keep in mind that I did experience similar issues to other dealers and that is to be expected. After all, they are in business to make money and I am in the business to not give them so much, so there is going to be some haggling involved during the course of the transaction. As with any other dealer, be prepared to spend some time at the dealership and work for the deal you want. If you want to spend a little less time at the dealer, I suggest you visit Moore and tell them Danny sent you! You won't be sorry! More
Went to just "look" at 2 models of Jeeps after having done a lot of on line research. Found the dealership very helpful in explaining the difference in the 2 models - giving us rides in both - an having done a lot of on line research. Found the dealership very helpful in explaining the difference in the 2 models - giving us rides in both - and helping us to determine which model would most fit our needs. The price that we were quoted plus the value given to our 2004 trade-in was more than generous. So, just going to "look" resulted in us driving away in our new 2012 Jeep Liberty. And, yes, the model that we were talked into buying was the cheaper of the 2 models we had come to look at. Found this very refreshing as they were not pushing price, but instead realizing our needs and meeting our needs with the automobile that would best fit. Thank you Roy for really listening to us. Roy and Amanda were great. They were friendly and knowledgable about their products. The questions we had were answered completely and clearly. The Troy was also very nice. However, the condition knowledgable about their products. The questions we had were answered completely and clearly. The Troy was also very nice. However, the condition of the physical plant was deplorable. There was a mix up in vin numbers so when we got home we could not start the car. someone had to come out fix the alarm. Because of the mix up we had to take more time to return to the dealership and resign paperwork. The chairs in the sales offices were so filthy I don't think any one should have to sit in them. The computer in Roy's office was not loaded with all the soft ware he needed to answer the questions his manager asked. The windows in the show room had finger and hand prints all over them. The owner of this facility needs to look at their first impression. I have been in several dealerships and this is by far the dirtiest and least attractive. In conclusion, Roy and Amanda made this deal work. without them we would have walked out!! More

Excellent experience today for our new Grand Cherokee; Bill did a first-rate job and helped us to secure a fair deal. Troy explained things and was genuine and trustworthy. My experience with Moore Auto Group was the worst experience I have ever encountered while purchasing a car. I went into the dealership with cash to purchase a used Denali. They insisted I put my soc experience I have ever encountered while purchasing a car. I went into the dealership with cash to purchase a used Denali. They insisted I put my social security number down on their application. After I asked them why I needed to put down my Social as I was paying with cash, they were very condescending in their response as well as I received 3 different stories from 3 different people why I needed to put down my social. Nobody told me the same response. This was immediately a red flag. I performed my inspection of the car after being forced to sign the paperwork signing off on the condition of the car, only to be mortified with what I found during the final inspection. I was promised that the car would be detailed which was not the case whatsoever. The car had dirt and grime throughout the entire inside which was very obvious and easy to see. The outside of the car hadnt even been washed. They would not answer why they had replaced the bumper on the outside of the car which eventually led to me withdrawing from the purchase of the car. They lied throughout the entire experience and I felt very uneasy during the process. I am very grateful I dodged a bullet in purchasing a car from Moore Auto Group as who knows what was wrong with the inside of the car had I driven off the lot. Words to the wise, STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from Moore Auto Group unless you like being deceived. You will be glad you did. More
The salesman was very friendly and did not push for the sale. He was more interested in what I needed, then selling the car. He allowed me to work with the upper sales staff in determining a fair price a sale. He was more interested in what I needed, then selling the car. My wife and I brought our 2010 Town & Country in for service and started talking to Rick Watson about a 2012 T & C. He was very helpful and patient with us as we wanted to see several different vehicles on the lot and take a test drive. Over a several-hour period we discussed vehicles and prices and drove away in a new vehicle. After the sales experience we were helped tremendously by Melanie, who handled the vehicle registration in a very short period, allowing us to leave on a long trip without having to worry about the temporary registration expiring mid trip More
