My experience with Moore Auto Group was the worst experience I have ever encountered while purchasing a car. I went into the dealership with cash to purchase a used Denali. They insisted I put my soc experience I have ever encountered while purchasing a car. I went into the dealership with cash to purchase a used Denali. They insisted I put my social security number down on their application. After I asked them why I needed to put down my Social as I was paying with cash, they were very condescending in their response as well as I received 3 different stories from 3 different people why I needed to put down my social. Nobody told me the same response. This was immediately a red flag. I performed my inspection of the car after being forced to sign the paperwork signing off on the condition of the car, only to be mortified with what I found during the final inspection. I was promised that the car would be detailed which was not the case whatsoever. The car had dirt and grime throughout the entire inside which was very obvious and easy to see. The outside of the car hadnt even been washed. They would not answer why they had replaced the bumper on the outside of the car which eventually led to me withdrawing from the purchase of the car. They lied throughout the entire experience and I felt very uneasy during the process. I am very grateful I dodged a bullet in purchasing a car from Moore Auto Group as who knows what was wrong with the inside of the car had I driven off the lot. Words to the wise, STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from Moore Auto Group unless you like being deceived. You will be glad you did. More
The salesman was very friendly and did not push for the sale. He was more interested in what I needed, then selling the car. We went in on August 23rd to see about having our Jeep Liberty's A/C system fixed, and since it was so expensive and the list of problems was mounting, George in service referred us to Spencer to see abou Liberty's A/C system fixed, and since it was so expensive and the list of problems was mounting, George in service referred us to Spencer to see about trading it in. Spencer was very helpful in helping us find a good Ford Focus, the car we have been interested in, and although the one he found us was 4 years newer than we thought we could afford, he started right away in getting a deal that would let us drive off the lot with it that day. He and the "man on the phone" Troy worked very diligently to get a good value on our trade, as well as monthly payments that were feasible for us. They allowed us to to set the terms of our deal, and then made it happen to a very close compromise to what we asked for. To this point the service was great, friendly people and very helpful. When our deal went through to Evan in finance we thought we had a good deal, but then he was able to work it so the deal was even better than we were expecting. Overall a great experience, I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car from people who want to do their best to get you a good deal. More

Outstanding group of people!!! Everyone was very helpful even the lot attendant. Wanted to test drive two vehicles during one visit and the lot attendant wanted to ensure after he jumped the first vehicle even the lot attendant. Roy Morris was very helpful, honest, and ensured all the questions were answered. The reason I kept coming back was because I felt no pressure to buy. When the managers at other dealership talks to you they usually want to find out what payment you can afford, but not a Morris. They just want to be helpful. Either they have done research on the demographics and know what different people want or they just got lucky with me. Just can't say enough about Roy, even when I thought the deal had no chance at one time he pulled through. I am very happy with my Jeep Liberty! Finally Nick Cetwinski was very helpful during the most stressful part of the buying process. No pressure, no stress, no push. He was just helpful in explaining the process and offers and I honestly think he had my best interest in mind with of course making money for his company. Truly seemed like a win-win! More

She was immediately approached by Bill Lohmeyer, who offered to get her a good deal on a trade-in. She found a great deal on a 2011 Town and Country, but she figured that the deal would likely not be all that easy to get done. Bill assured her that the deal could be done. I called him and he assured me that we could get a better car at a good deal, so we went in and checked it out. With the hard work and great customer service of both Bill and Nick Cetwinski, we drove away with a beautiful vehicle, the exact one my wife wanted. Bill and Nick went above and beyond the call of duty to get us the deal we needed. Moore is lucky to have two employees such as these. Thanks for the hard work guys. More
